Louisiana Transportation Conference 2009
"Transportation Innovation: Solving Tomorrow's Challenges"                                      
                                                                                                                                                           
The 2009 Louisiana Transportation Conference, was hosted by the Louisiana Transportation Research Center, which is held on a biennial basis. This year Forte and Tablada, Inc. participated in the convention to lend educational support from the engineering perspective.
The Conference provides a forum for interchange among DOTD personnel and the public and private sector to allow the DOTB Secretary and other DOTD administrative officials an opportunity to relate their vision, direction, and expectations.
 
The conference also provides for the educational enhancement of the transportation engineering community by relating the engineering activities, progress, and special projects of the department; as well as presenting information on innovative technologies, and offering professional development opportunities.
