Baton Rouge Land Surveying, Inc., A Division of Forte & Tablada, Inc. was contracted to provide engineers and clients with survey data to determine the drainage characteristics of the entire airfield operations area of the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport to help increase safety for the traveling public

BRLS surveyed over 600 acres of topo area, took 15,000 topo shots and located over 250 drainage structures utilizing GPS, robotic and conventional surveying techniques to efficiently gather data for engineering analysis while staying in constant communication with Baton Rouge Airport air traffic control.

The extensive, accurate and timely data that this survey provided gave the client and project engineers the necessary information to make well informed decisions on how to improve the drainage characteristics for the entire airfield.
