BBC Engineering, Inc., A Division of Forte & Tablada, Inc., served as Chief Design Engineer to provide Civil/Site Engineering and Land Surveying Services for this multi-million dollar facility.

BBC provided a Boundary and Topographic Survey for the site and served as the Engineer/coordinator for construction layout. The scope of this project design included all of the utilities, drainage, large parking fields, drives and sidewalks on the facility site, as well as a stormwater and a detention facility.
