Mr. Bourque is a skilled inspector and land party chief. His work experience during this forty plus years is primarily in the engineering/construction field and includes working with a firm completing hydraulic surveys for four (4) years, working with a firm completing pipeline surveys for twenty (20) years and during the last ten (10) years working as our primary inspector. Inspection projects have included roadways, bridges, sewer and water projects. Currently his primary inspection work has involved the construction of subdivisions and developments within Livingston Parish.
