Ms. Fruge’ is skilled environmental professional with thirty (30) years of experience. Prior to joining Forte and Tablada she worked in the private sector and for other engineering and environmental companies. During this thirty (30) years she has been performing wetland delineations, consisting of 1 to 1,200 acre parcels, preparing documentation for State and Federal regulatory groups in order to secure Section 404, Nationwide, Section 10 and Coastal Use Permits.

Ms. Fruge’ coordinates all her work closely with both her clients and the regulatory agencies to ensure that both parties are satisfied with the end product. During this process she must conduct research, analyze data for legal documents and complete actual on-site investigations of the sites.

Ms. Fruge offers the following Environmental Services in coordination with Engineering Design:

• Completion of the NHI Course No. 142005, "National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and Transportation Decision Making" as required by the LADOTD.
• Environmental Services for Water Treatment and Distribution including ground and elevated storage and fire water capacity.
• Environmental Services for Wastewater Collection and Treatment.
• Environmental Services for Roadway Design including rural and urban roadways to State and Federal Guidelines.
• Environmental Services for Drainage Design including both open and sub-surface drainage systems and canal systems.
• Environmental Services for Dredging and Stockpiling Permits.
• Environmental Services for Schools and Governmental Builiding Sites.
• Environmental Services for Correctional Facilities including Parish, State and Federal design standards.
• Environmental Services for Subdivision Design including small re-subdivisions to multi acre developments including all associated civil sitework to service the development.
• Environmental Services for Phase I Environmental Assessments.
